GeoDigs REcolorado MLS IDX and IRES MLS IDX logo

Geodigs, a product of New Media One Web Services, has been providing website services in the Denver/Boulder area since 1997, and was one of the first IDX vendors for both MetroList and IRES. New Media One understands that ______________ (Client) needs assistance with a new website.

Our Geodigs service provides a complete MLS web site solution, allowing all aspects of the site - including content, searchable listing data, and property images - to be completely integrated into the new site. The Geodigs service also bundles all web site hosting, database search, property image access, and IDX data integration into a hosted solution. That means all updates to the MLS data setup, as well as additional features added in the future, can be integrated into the site with little or no additional fees.

Website Design

We feel that you are a Client that can benefit from purchasing a website template, rather than incurring the expense of a fully customized website design. Your site will utilize Wordpress to provide the ability to post blogs in addition to the search functions, so we’ll help you select and purchase a real estate focused, high quality, professional Wordpress template for your website design.

IRES IDX Integration

Fully Integrated Solution

Your web site, e-mail, MLS data, and all search functions are provided directly from your website domain name.

Improved Search Engine Rankings

To maximize your site's search engine rankings, the Geodigs setup avoids web site redirecting, domain pointing, and the use of frames. We also incorporate property addresses and keywords into the page titles and web page URL (address), to help your site’s search engine rankings.

Client Listings

The Client listings page will link to a search showing all active listings for your agent ID. Just as with all the MLS data on the site, this information will be pulled directly from the MLS, and updated automatically.

Featured Listings

The Client will be able to select properties to be featured listings. Staff members will simply log in and select properties from the MLS by entering MLS numbers, and set the order in which the listings should display. Alternatively, the Client may also select to have a set number or their listings show randomly. The featured listings can be displayed on the front page of the site and/or other pages of the site.

Detailed Property Data

All possible data for each property is pulled in from the MLS IDX, although the Client can choose which property parameters to display, and in which order.

Quick Home Search

The Quick Home Search function is a fast and simple search form, small enough to be placed in a side column or on top of every page, and can be displayed on any or all pages of the web site.

Advanced Home Search

The Advanced Home Search page allows users to narrow their search by selecting additional search parameters, including county, zip code, keywords and map searches.

Favorite Homes

This feature allows users to save their favorite listings. The feature requires new users to sign up for an account, and existing users to login to their account.

New Listing Alerts

The ability for site users to set search parameters and receive an alert when a new property listing meets that criteria. The alerts will be a fully formatted email, which will include the Client’s logo, and other site elements, looking very similar to the search results page of your site.

What’s My Home Worth

This feature allows users to enter their property data and contact information in order to obtain a valuation of their home. Users have the ability to login to their account and/or leave contact information to request that the Client prepares a full competitive market analysis.

Mortgage Calculator

This feature allows users to automatically calculate monthly mortgage payments. This feature has the ability to automatically pull in specific home prices, as well as user input.

Additional Property Information Request Form

Users are able to click on “more information” link on the property details page to request additional information and/or request a property showing. All of the user’s information, as well as the property ID and address they are inquiring about, will be sent to the Client via e-mail and/or text messaging.

Both IRES and MetroList require the design of the web site to be approved before going live. IRES and MetroList will confirm that the required information is on the pages, and that the MLS data is not used improperly. While New Media One doesn’t see this being an issue, the Client understands that this is a requirement in order to use the MLS data.
